By using the Dukkan Store platform (the shopping app, seller app, driver app, or website) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Dukkan Store is an online marketplace connecting shoppers with independent local stores. The platform delivers orders through couriers contracted with it. Stores are the actual sellers of the products; the platform is a technical and logistics intermediary.

2. Accounts

• Sign-in uses your phone number and a one-time SMS code. You are responsible for your device and SIM and for all activity on your account.
• Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

• Prices are shown in the local currency. The final price, including the delivery fee, is shown before you confirm an order.
• Payment is currently cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when you receive the order.
• Fulfillment starts after the store confirms the order. An order may be cancelled if an item cannot be supplied; you will be notified.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is performed by platform couriers to the point you pinned on the map. Make sure your location and phone number are accurate.
• The delivery fee is shown before confirmation and is calculated by distance and vehicle type.
• If delivery fails because you are unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to the store.

5. Returns and refunds

• Each product has a return window shown on its page and on the order. Return requests are made in the app within that window.
• Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless defective.
• When a return is approved, our courier collects the item at your door and your money is refunded in cash after collection is complete.

6. Sellers

• There is no monthly subscription; the platform takes a clear commission on each completed sale, and balances are settled periodically.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, photos, prices, and stock, and for the quality and conformity of their products.
• Listing illegal, counterfeit, or dangerous products is prohibited. The platform may remove violating products and suspend the seller's account.

7. Drivers

• Drivers work under an agreement with the platform and see the fee of every delivery before accepting it.
• Drivers are responsible for cash they collect until it is settled with the platform, and for the order's safety during transport.

8. Acceptable use

Abusing the service is prohibited, including fake orders, review manipulation, impersonation, or any attempt to harm the platform or its users.

9. Liability

We make commercially reasonable efforts to run the service reliably, but it is provided "as is". The platform's liability for any order does not exceed the value of that order. The seller remains primarily responsible for its products.

10. Termination and changes

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms and will publish changes on this page; continued use after a change means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
