Account Deletion

Applies to the shopping, seller, and driver apps

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time:

• In the shopping app: from the "Account" page choose "Delete my account" and confirm. Your account is closed immediately, you are signed out everywhere, and the phone number cannot log in again until the deletion is processed. The request is refused while any order or return is still in progress; complete those first.
• Seller and driver accounts: because they carry balances and settlements, they are deleted by contacting support, once the settlement is closed.
• By email: send a message to support@dukkan.store from any address, stating the phone number the account is registered with. We verify account ownership with a code sent to your number before deleting.

What is deleted

• Your profile (phone number and name).
• Your saved addresses and their locations.
• Your favorites and reviews linked to your identity.
• Notification tokens and sign-in sessions.

What we keep

Records of completed orders and transactions are retained for as long as accounting and legal requirements demand, separated from your identity where possible, then deleted.

Timeline

Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request. Once it is complete, the same phone number can be used to open a fresh account.
